Slightly irregular, not in line with the rest, not fitting the mold; these are statements which considered to be telling that a person is not quite right. In a world that seems to be in contradiction to what is "right" and what "fits in", it's kind of hard to know if what you are doing is what is expected and will bring rewards. There is one view that is looking for someone who is not like the rest. Someone who not only thinks outside the box, but works outside of it as well.

You've reviewed your Performance Review from 2017, outlined trainings that fit your plan, but the company will pay for since it fits their plan for you as well. You're weeding out the course or seminar you'd like to attend. In meetings, you're more engaged when attending meetings. Even those weekly project calls have new meaning now that your plan as started. People are noticing, some are talking and sadly they all have an opinion.
If you watched the Golden Globes, one of the points which was repeated was Speak Your Truth. When looking at your career and the goals you have for it, you also have to speak your truth... to yourself. The 1st part of the plan, posted on January 5th, requires you to look over your last performance review and pull out the areas that need improvement or skills you need to acquire. In order to do that, you not only have to look at your review with a learning eye but you also hav
